Preparation: Free Download and install MXF Converter for mac app.
Step 1: Add mxf captured videos
Click “Add File” icon to browse through the location of your MXF video to select it as the source file, or just drag&drop the files to the program. Batch conversion is supported. And you are allowed to preview your input files before converting videos.
Step 2: Select Output Format
Choose the corresponding iMoive >> Apple InterMediate Code (*.mov) or Final Cut Pro >> Apple ProRes 422 (*.mov) as the output from the “Format” drop-down list.
Step 3: Convert MXF files to MOV on Mac Lion
When all the settings complete, click thе “Convert” button tо initiation conversion and let the program do the rest. The conversion processes will transcode MXF to MOV videos to be compatible with FCP/FCE/iMovoe editing.
